We supply a complete range of parts for MS3002, MS5001, MS5002, MS6001 and MS9001 gas turbines.

USED  SPARE PARTS
We also supply used parts that are inspected and repaired to our high-performance standards. Gas turbine components are reconditioned at our well-established service & Sales Centers in the Netherlands, Italy, India, South-America, Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates.

STOCK
We have a comprehensive assortment of parts for various sizes of turbines. Furthermore, we supply spares for most generators, accessory/reduction gear boxes and other on- and off-base equipment.
We also develop tailored stock-keeping scenarios for clients entering into special or long-term agreements.

WARRANTY
Thanks to our extensive engineering capabilities, we can offer full guarantees on both new and used spare parts.

CAPITAL SPARES
We have established strategic alliances with capable partners on exclusive, worldwide contracts for the design, manufacture and delivery of high-quality gas path components. This strongly supports our in-house efforts to develop spare parts at lower cost, greater efficiency, lower service life cost and enhanced availability, as compared to OEM parts.

We rely on over 1,000 man-years of experience in the design, testing, analysis and manufacture of hardware and software for:

  • Characterization and
  • Mechanical Design
  • Heat Transfer
    Reverse Engineering
  • Structural Analysis
  • Vibration Analysis
  • Simulation
  • Modeling
  • Combustion Design
  • NOx Predictions
  • Aerodynamic Design

AIRFOILS
We design first, second and third-stage buckets and nozzles for the highest firing temperatures (2,184 °F/2,084 °F). Advanced materials, coatings and cooling schemes maximize the reliability and durability of the parts. The airfoil design, which is based on the latest turbine PG6581B, is compatible with all previous models. Second-stage nozzles can either be pressurized or non-pressurized and pressurized nozzles can be converted to a non-pressurized design. Applications of airfoils also provide unique opportunities for uprating installed units.
