We source GE-design heavy-duty gas turbines from clients and re-manufacture and upgrade them at our facility in
Rheden in the Netherlands. We re-manufacture the turbines expeditiously and offer them at attractive prices.

PURCHASING USED EQUIPMENT
We use our offices and Customer contacts to source turbines suitable for re-manufacture. We do this on a turnkey basis, including dismantling the unit (if necessary), transportation to our Rheden site, total overhaul of gas turbines and generators, including the supply of new electrical systems, a new enclosure, steel structures, ducting, inlet filters, exhaust stacks, performance testing, transport to client site, installation, start up and commissioning of the turbine or total plant.

We can also provide re-manufactured turbines as part of a complete combined-cycle plant on a turnkey basis. In addition, we can offer re-manufactured turbines to existing plants on long- or short-term leases.

OVERHAULS, UPGRADES, TESTING
We overhaul and refurbish turbines and generators at our Rheden facility, which is certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards. The work, which is developed following strict procedures for the manufacture of new GE-design gas turbines, is subject to external quality audits. This guarantees that a re-manufactured machine operates according to clearly defined parameters, so that clients get maximum benefit. In addition, design improvements, new materials and the latest coating technologies can be incorporated to enhance output, reliability and efficiency. We integrate special client requirements and design custom solutions.
